Korean Nudes: The Commercial and the Artistic?

One photo has been condemned because it features one of Korea's prima ballerina's. The other is a typical commercial nude that seems to have passed the censor's judgment. South Korea seems to be on the verge of a 'art nude photo' breakout; it's not likely it's Northern 'neighbor' will do so any time soon. I wonder if this is sort of free expressoin that the U.S. is protecting on the 49th parallel.? It sure is a lot more reasonable than what our troops are purportedly protecting elsewhere in the world.
